I apologize for hijacking this thread. I could not find a way to create a new thread. I subscribed for monthly contributions almost 5 days back and still don't have access to Donor's forum. Emailed the admins, still no response. Can the admins take a look at this one please?
And also how do I create a new thread? I did this some time back, but could not find it where to start.

Hi, I had similar thing, my case status still shows "case transferred from VSCt to TSC as they now have jurisdiction, decision will be taken etc' my case was approved in 2006, the lud was 3/23/2009 and after that it is still the same, noclue as to waht would have triggered this for an approved case, two things could have happened per me (Own views)- employer revoked 140 or regular cleanup of files from VSC as they no longer do 140s..also what is meant by PE in you status...keep me posted.

You may already be knowing this. But a note of caution, after hearing few horror stories on H4 going out of status involuntarily.
Extension of renewal on H1 does not mean H4 is automatically renewed. Your new H1b is valid until 2009. Unless you have filed I-539 along with your H1b renewal application, your wife is not going to get new I-94. So if her I-94 is expiring december 2007, she will be out of status after that date, not withstanding your H1B validiity.
It doesnt matter if her visa stamp has your latest employer listed. The single most important thing that will determine her legal status is the validity of I-94 stamp

If you e-file EAD renewal, you will get FP notice. To avoid it, paper-file your renewal.

Have you noticed that it noticably degrades the image quality? Your little birds look pretty good, and I got a squirrel I was happy with, but these geese were not quite as sharp as I would have liked.
Also, do you have any tips for dealing with the short focal range? Did you use binds or something for the little birds?

Guys - I apologize, I was not aware that this has been already discussed extensively.
The truth of the matter is that our organization needs funds. The ideal way to get funds is for every member to understand the value of IV and contribute. That will take its own course.
In addition to that i think we should look at events as they happen that affect our community and use those to rally our members and get additional help from them - time, resources and money and we have done that in the past and have succeeded. When our bills passed in the senate and we needed money to lobby the house, a call was made and people did contribute.I think constructive feelings of hope, happiness and success do encourage people.
If things happen as folks expect and a lot of IV members do get their GC in the next 2 months, i think this would be an event to target and request members to contribute to IV.
So fine with me if this has already been discussed, Can we promote this and track it. Would it be too much to add a second thread that talks about contributions to IV when i look at 5 threads at the top of the list that all track LUD's :)

How come the "Hard Limit" is not talked about / mentioned in any of the big websites? Shusterman.com / Aila.org et all. Is it possible to get an immigration attorney to explain this crucial issue of "Hard Limit" to IV core team ?
The research for this was conducted by the content team of IV. And as regards the big websites, Rajeev Khanna, Bender's online Matthew Oh all have provided references to IV's doc. So no need for any attorney to explain to the IV core team about this, since most of them have agreed and appreciated our efforts!

If you file in 2008 (No matter whetehr it is Eb2 or Eb3), as per present situation u can forget for next 10 + years.

Hi All,
I am in tough situation. Hope you can help me. I applied and got OPT card on DEC-2007. I thought I can complete my MASTER's by that time but one of my proff gave me D grade and according to University rules, I cannot graduate if I have D grade in Graduating Semester(Even though I have 3.09 GPA including that subject). Right now I enrolled in an online course and I will graduating in MAY2008, at the same time I am in Consultancy who are applying for my H1. They don't have any idea about my Case and are really confused when I gave the Graduation status letter that was issued by our University.
This is the matter that I have in my Graduate Status letter.
"This is to verify that harish is graduate student in good standing, currently working on Master of Science degree with a major in Electrical Engineering. He has successfully completed 30 of the 33 required hours of enrollment on his graduate plan of study, and is currently enrolled in the remaining three hours. He has passed his exit examination, and has submitted his application for the degree for the spring semester of 2008. Provided that he successfully completes his final enrollment, he would be awarded his degree. Spring 2008 degrees will be officially conferred on May 26th, 2008. Diplomas and official transcripts that display spring awards will become available approximately the third week of July, 2008"
Is this enough to apply for H1 in Master's Quota? if not what is the right way to apply and get H1 safely. I am planning to apply H1 with Bachelors even to be on safe side but we all know the chance of getting H1 with Bachelors is very less.
Please help me what to do with this situation and having letter from the university.

I left it blank and specifically asked my attorney if i can leave it blank , he said its ok .
