In Flash you mean?
Usually breaking things apart relates to groups of object and sometimes even to movie clips themselves, but you certainly can break apart an imported graphic, I actually do it all the time.
a good example would be if you were going to use a picture as a fill. I did this in the following example

I needed the stone texture I was using to rotate with the dial. I found that it looked best using the picture as a fill for the dial. I had tried to create a circular png outside of flash for some time.. that way I could do transparency on the pic and just rotate it in flash.. but it never looked right, and the file size was huge. By breaking apart a jpg, I could use just what I wanted from it, leaving the holes in the pic up to flash to produce.

It is not easy to ask anything we like. Recapturing visa need bill in both house and senate. IV is working hard on many action items. Please start taking part in all action items asap.

As part of Class action lawsuit can we ask for recapturing of all unused visa numbers? I believe the number is at least 300K, it covers the green cards for 2003, 2004 and 2005. 2006 can go with 2008 quota. So everyone will be happy.
I believe this is the provision we should fight for instead of CIRcus.
What are your thoughts?

Atleast in Holland (Amsterdam -- near dam square) u can find pretty much many shops selling "drugs" openly (** kinds of narcotics) openly with many Hindu gods on the cover. The seller only knows the artistic value but are unaware of how they r hurting some religious values.

However, without a good lawyer, it may be very difficult to persuade a consular officer that you no longer wish to immigrate to the U.S. after entering here. You can appeal the decision and other stuff to get temporary repreive. But its your decision. Say if your GC gets denied for criminal past or for failing one of the rules set up then whether you are on AOS or H1-B it is pretty much end of story for you. The only advantage you have being in H1 is you get time to wrap up your stuff in US leasurely till your H1 is valid because I am sure by the time your GC is denied you will also have exhausted your 6 years on H1 and so your next H1 extension will also get denied. There is nothing you can do in case of criminal past to negate it. If AOS is denied for 140 related issues yes there is a second chance. But the decision is entirely yours

Hi, I am from India and applied for GC under EB2.my priority date is 01-21-2-2007.I filed concurrently I-140 and I-485 in july 2007. got my EAD and using it.EAD is valid for one more year.I-485 is still pending. my wife have filed a case against me in India.The indian court issued non bailable arrest warrent against me. I am not going to India to attend the court proceedings.Now the proceedings and non bailable arrest warrent against me is pending in indian court since 2 years. my indian passport has impounded by ministry of external affairs, India. The interpol in india has sent extradition papers to Interpol, washington D.C. there is no red corner notice issued against me. my questions are:
1. if My wife informs USCIS that the court proceedings and non bailable warrents are pending against me in Indian court, and my passport was also impounded by gove of india, does the USCIS reject my green card?
2) as my record is with interpol, washington D.c , when FBI name checks happens, does FBI find my name in interpol data base and inform USCIS about it?
3) As I applied green card based on my Indian passport, when my passport is under inpounded status , does USCIS consider my passport status to issue gC?.
Kindly advise me.

If you have not yet received any RFE, you are a lucky person and your I-485 application has been filed perfectly. As per USCIS announcements, they have almost completed (99.99%) review of all pending AOS cases and pre-adjudicated most of them. I will presume that your case has been pre-adjudicated and all set to go Green whenever visa number is available.
One way to find out whether your case been pre-adjudicated is to call USCIS thro POJ method and talk to a IO (not customer service person) and they will be able to tell you.

One friend of mine get his GC in the end of September/07 after filing AOS concurrently with I 140 in a middle of June 2007! His PD was Aug.2004(EB3-ROW)
Your friend was a lucky one (like me) who got a visa number allocated very quickly in that brief window. It was relatively rare, and you can guarantee that it is very far from the norm.
Like it has been mentioned in this thread:- rule of thumb, PD must be current for AOS in and out :)

I did call them... They didn't provide me the details of the Additional evidence and asked me to wait for the Notice.. Also they said they will be sending it to my address.. I was under the impression that they will be sending it to my lawyer.

I was in the RFE situation as well when I140 Premium (EB3) has been filed.
They asked tax returns of my company for last 2 years. The only thing I want to add to previuos posts, that your lawyer should hurry up with an answer - I remember that in my case i 72 hours to respond have been given. After receiving additional docs, they approved it in 1 or 2 days.

People who want to contribute money will always do. You may get a few people to donate because of the "Donor" status, but most I feel want to contribute because they care.
Please allow me to turn around that question and pose it back to you - so how do we keep and attract people to volunteer (for all the wonderful things that I mentioned in my post)?
All I am saying is that this approach could hurt more than it may help.
Yes...I respect the volunteer. But still we need money. What is the source for that. I am not saying that I am going to contribute everymonth. Whenever possible I am going to. Otherwise just keep going and not going to whine about that.
