Sure can! See the tracker. There is at least one person who filed in Texas and has his/her EAD approval date before the Finger Printing date
I also had got my EAD way before my 1st FP - but that was in 2005
Did anyone get I485 based EAD before the first FP? Thank you!

Your wife will have to wait till your PD becomes current. Then only she is eligible to apply for green card.

I applied I-485,EAD,Advance Parole on July 20,2007 but i have not yet received any receipt number as of now.
During that time I could not able to apply for my wife. She will be coming to USA on H4 visa in the mid of October.
what are the possibilities to include her in my greencard process?
Please educate me on this situation to take care of my wife's greencard process with my GC process and also please share your experiances if some one has similar kind of situation.

According to new regulations only jobs on Job Zone Five can apply for EB2???
If this is true only 15-1011.00 - Computer and Information Scientists, Research can apply under EB2 category for ITJobs.

OzIn Some Cases USCIS may ask paystubs before approving the H1(So be careful with company A..you need them until you get the approval notice). In case of GC, couple of months will not effect the process.

AC 21 allows a job change after 180 days pending of I-485. Will that allow a job change for a similar job position that is employed by a US company but work internationally (i.e. not working in the US)?

My understading is that you can not work internationally. This information is based on one of the attorney conference calls IV organized a few months ago.
On another note, please contribute to IV's letter campaign - this is one way of helping yourself and increasing your options! It only takes a few minutes - sign your name to one of IV's template letters and stick a stamp on an envelope.

Is it possible to ship the two I-485 pakcages to INS?
My labor and 140 already approved. My law firm preparing I-485 to submit through same day service.
In case if they are not able to do it within the time, I want to submit I-485 on Monday through same day service without telling to the law firm.
This causes duplicate submission. Can I or law firm subsequently with draw one of the I-485 later?
Please advise. Urgent. Appreciate your help.

I'll have a go at cloning out the twigs later, it looks a bit difficult but it could be fun trying.Cloning sometimes leaves weird patterns. I've had luck putting a loose selection around the cloned area with a big feathered edge, then applying a gaussian blur. It helps "clean up" my new background. The trick is to have a seemless blend between the cloned and the original untouched areas.

Hi.
Company A was holding my H1 and i was working at client location at client C thorugh a vendor B. Company A was not paying me correctly and was bugging during my payments.
I dint had any writen contract with A saying i would stay this long Nor any Non copetenct Agrement between me and Company A. Company B is a good friend of mine So i swicthed and transfered by H1 to Company X and still working at C through Company B. So he ended my contract with A and started with X I am not sure if Company A and B had any non compitency Aggrement about me.(I dint Sign any papers). Now A is calling and leaving voice mails saying you are still working at C and will take leagal action on me. Company A still Owes me lot of money around 30K how should my mney back.
Please advice how should i proceed. what legal action possibilities are there that Comapny A can take on me and company B ?
I would appreciate your feedback.

Do i also need chest X-Ray Report to submit with I-693 ??
